Each sign is completely custom. I do not stock signs, I make them as ordered which allows for changes you would like to make. I want each sign to be truly YOURS and a reflection of you and your style.I only use real wood and I hand paint each sign (including the lettering), making each sign an individual piece of art and completely unique.

Why my signs are different than others:
Each sign is completely custom. I do not stock signs, I make them as ordered which allows for changes you would like to make. I want each sign to be truly YOURS and a reflection of you and your style.I only use real wood and I hand paint each sign (including the lettering), making each sign an individual piece of art and completely unique. The back of each sign has a hanger routered out so signs will hang flush against the wall. And all my signs are sealed with layers of clear shellac (a naturally based wood sealer).

Other signs use MDF (medium density fiberboard that is basically sawdust glued together), vinyl lettering and saw tooth hangers. I do not use MDF because it does not hold up well over time and can warp or dent more easily. I also don't use vinyl because it does not last and often peels after 3 years or exposure to direct sunlight. I don't use saw tooth hangers because they scratch walls, are difficult to hang straight and snag on things when shipped or set on a shelf. And I don't use polyurithane or matte sealers because they are toxic and yellow over time.

I have to admit it... pricing is my least favorite part. Truth be told, it is the ONLY part I don't like, but it has to be done. I have a fairly simple chart I follow for finding the base rate of the sign. From here, we add on for extras such as layered lettering, routered edges, custom colors, crackle, borders, graphics and excessive wording (more than 6 words). Each additional feature is $5. Also, you are welcome to arrange to pick your sign up from me, or I will happily ship for $15 (insured priority mail)
Return Policy
Because each sign is custom made, returns are difficult to accommodate. I will gladly correct any error in an order. I try to follow instructions as thoroughly as possible but if I make a mistake and fill an order incorrectly, I am happy to correct it. I correct errors to reflect the order form for free, but signs that are not my mistake are fixed for a fee. Errors in dates or just one or two letters are $10. Other changes, such as color changes, full name spelling changes, layout changes or wording changes, have to be corrected by creating a whole new sign and will be charged accordingly.
Like I said, I am committed to following your order form, so read it carefully and make sure it is what you want. If you have questions, just let me know that.
Payment (local customers)
Until recently, I have only taken payment once I give the customer the sign. That has changed as I have had an increasing amount of late payments, no payments, error in payments or even just stolen mail. I gladly take cash or check (and often paypal) but know that if you pay with check, it will not be cashed until your sign is finished.
Delivery (local customers)
I love you all dearly, and I would go to the moon and back for my customers, but I cannot deliver each sign. Im happy to mail (I usually hit the post office every Tuesday) for $13 per sign or you are welcome to pick the sign up at my home, but I cannot deliver signs to each customer. I do have three kids, and one on the way

I will email you back promptly to confirm your order and give you a price.
Once you confirm with me, I will send you a PayPal invoice and once payment is received, I will ship your sign.
ME AND MINE
This is Mr. Incredible. He is the man who put up with my painting when it was just a habit to support and encouraged me until it became a habit that helps supports us. Most admirably, he tolerates my disaster zone when I'm binge painting and the kitchen is consumed with signs.
Meet the reasons I do what I do...
These are my kiddos and my favorite job is being their full-time mom. We have our good days and our bad, but all-in-all it's pretty awesome! I paint in between homeschooling lessons and during naps... I've been known to stay up late at night because I've found my painting groove... so have they.
