Thoughts become things. This is the work of Mike Dooley. Based on the Law of Attraction, what you think about, comes about. Through this course, you will look at your beliefs and decide if they need to be changed. The course will help you look at your thoughts, your beliefs, and your dreams. We will set a plan to help you move to
living the life of your dreams.

This course will take you through the 7 chakras. You will look at each one and how it
relates to your life. There will be activities based on each individual chakra.

  • We will start at the 1 st chakra, your root chakra, building a strong foundation for the rest of your chakras.

  • Then move to the 2nd chakra, sacral chakra, looking at your emotional body, your sensuality, and creativity.

  • We will then move to your 3 rd chakra looking at your power chakra, your will power, your self-esteem, and self-discipline.

  • Next is your 4th chakra, your heart chakra. How can you open this chakra to allow greater love into your life?

  • Moving next to your 5th chakra, your throat chakra, this is the first of the higher chakras. We will work towards expressing your authentic voice and speaking your truth.

  • Next is the 6th chakra, your 3rd eye, your seed of intuition. This is where your sense of justice and ethics originate. It is also that place of inner knowing.

  • Then finally the 7th chakra, your crown chakra. This is your connection to the universe, God, the Divine. This chakra disperses life force into the other chakras.

Through exercises and activities, we will work to clear and restore all seven

of your chakras to create a smooth following energy movement throughout your
chakra system for your higher good.

What comes out when you get squeezed? This course will help you look at you. When you get mad at something someone does, what is it in YOU that causes you to have the emotional reaction that you have? You cannot control what other people do. In order to have peace in your life, you need to look at the root cause of your emotions. You need to take back your power. You get to decide how you are going to react.

What is it that you truly value? What are the characteristics you admire in others, therefore admiring them in yourself as well? This will help you to understand why you judge other people. This course will help you to understand what core characteristics you value in yourself and in others.

Have you ever had that feeling in your gut telling you not to do something?  Have you ever said to anyone “I don’t know how, I just know”?  That gut feeling or that inner knowing is called your intuition.  Everyone has intuition.  In this class, I will help you to learn what your intuition feels like, how to tap into your intuition when you want/need to tap into it and how to strengthen your connection with your intuition.
