Sit in easy pose. Place your hands on your knees, palms down. Inhale through your nose lifting your chest forward and up. Exhale through your nose curl your chest in and back. Inhale lift your chest, exhale what you want to get rid of….the fight with your coworker/ your spouse/ your friends/ the sadness of a loss.

Sit comfortably in your chair. You can do this at home, in your car, in your office…wherever and whenever you need. Keep your eyes open or closed. Breathe in through your nose and out through your nose……Breathe in love for four counts, hold for four counts, breathe out what no longer is serving you for four counts. This one is great when you are in traffic or with your kids. Breath in love, breath out anger, sadness, pain, jealousy.
